Good luck!P.S...ask your fiancee what HE is going to do for YOU on the wedding night since going through so much for him.

Look up belly dance classes or belly dancers in your area. bound to find one that you can take lessons from. Coulb be that your firewall is blocking some sites. Disable it and try again. It also could be Virus or Sypware that you pc could be infected with. Get a anti-virus and if you already do then run the updates and do a full scan. Also try and get spybot. It clears up spyware.

Check your firewall settings. I would recommend just purchasing some that offer quality instruction. Then when your all done following the DVD just throw on a CD and improvising (free style) to the music. The improvising need to be followed along from anyone so it make a whole lot of sense to put it on a DVD. You could just skip the DVD and invest in some fun music to free style to whenever you feel like it. You can also purchase that teach a choreography so that you can have a routine. Otherwise many of the out there teach the individual movements and then follow up with combinations using the moves just taught in the video. You may want to check out something like Suzanna Dynamic Combinations. IAMED ( ) offers a lot of quality instructional too. You may also want to contact vendors such as Dahlal ( ) who carry large selections of bellydance since they may know of something specifically like what your looking for.

I know of any bellydance instructional or workout videos that follow the "free style" type of pattern. Later on a friend from Mike found The Dead and said: Dead, you are very mean, you scared my friend Mike and he ran off. And the Dead said: well I was surprised too! There is no healthy way to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks and high energy food is the opposite of what you need to lose weight. You need filling, healthy, low energy (low GI) food - like veggies, fruits, wholegrain cereals and breads, and lean meats or meat substitutes. These will help you to feel full longer, gives you a continuous flow of energy, and helps keep you away from snacking. And you need to lose it gradually, with a sustainable diet and healthy exercise, no more than 1 pound per week, if you want to keep it off long term.
For the munchies you can try carrot and celery sticks, plain popcorn, and rice crackers (baked not fried).
Main meals try a salad with low fat/no fat dressings and a serve of lean protein (grilled chicken). Or wholemeal pasta and a veggie sauce.
Limit amounts of fried foods (to once in a while), cheeses, full fat milk, and keep butter and oils to a minimum.
And don't forget to drink water, it helps you feel full, it hydrates you (some times we interpret feeling thirsty as hungry), and helps the body flush out all the stuff the exercise is burning off.
Do all this and what your doing with regards to exercise, and you have a good chance of reaching your goals and staying there.

Firstly congratulations on your weight loss so far. Getting into regular exercise is going to help you maintain the loss.<br

It only costs $125 and was designed by Congress to give individual inventors a chance at bringing their inventive ideas to market easily. It is SUPER EASY to do..To see the top 10 reasons to file a Provisional Patent Application please watch the second video in this blog.If a provisional patent application looks like the right thing for you to do then take a look at another website that shows EXACTLY how to file one using a video format. If you need to know how to get your product sold on TV or to Costco, or Home Depot, or Target and the like then you might also enjoy reading this information by the Ginsu Knife guy! It is pretty cool. He gives you all his contacts and personal email!Of course you could ALSO just go to the US Patent Office and figure out how to file a patent yourself. Here is the link..The flow chart there is pretty nice to give you an idea how to do what you want to do!Their patent search is hard to use and you need special programs to look at the patents… Instead, consider using Google Patent Search! Here is how you can use Google Patent Search to search for an "Oscillating inertial microbalance"Just type the term you want to search for in the search box. Play with MANY variants of your inventive idea. Also, for a more global patent search look here:Remember... Patents are MOSTLY "Improvements" on other inventions.. So, while you may see something SIMILAR to your inventive idea it does not mean that you cannot patent your IMPROVEMENT.. Example... A tire is an IMPROVEMENT on a wagon wheel. A radial biased ply tire is an IMPROVEMENT on a non radial biased tire. There are over 10,000 patents on tires... Nearly every single one is an improvement! And… a special gift for you is a sample Non Disclosure (also called an NDA) that you would have folks sign when you show them your inventive idea. You can change it up and use others but if you have NOTHING now it is a very good start written by my lawyer who charged me a TON for it!For EXTRA credit take a look at getting a free website widget here. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. Just use the FREE widget thing..
It will allow you to put adverts to eBooks on nearly ANY subject. If you had a store that sells horse blankets then you would include a widget that featured an eBook on how to stop horses from biting! You get 50% of whatever book folks buy. Pretty nice!If you like my answer can you vote on it?Thanks,Dave

ALARMS SOUNDING about now….

BEFORE you EVER send ANYONE ANYTHING, especially money and your inventive idea have a PROFOUND understanding of what it is they will do for you.

To get this understanding please read the following information with snake eyed concentration!

Do you know about the Provisional Patent Application?
